Residences at Coffee Creek
This project was a design-build project run by Panzica for a previous client. During the design phase, I assisted with finish and lighting selections. Due to a maternity leave, I was put in charge of coordinating the installation of all furniture and art for the project. During this time, the project experienced break-in and arson, which gave me the opportunity to see a project through restoration and insurance remittance. Since some finishes were damaged, I oversaw the procurement of replacement finishes and re-selection as needed. Once all damages were fixed, I finished out my initial tasks, overseeing the installation of furniture and art in the facility.
